The Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University Faculty of Law Journal (İYYÜHFD) is a peer-reviewed journal covering legal topics and issues at both national and international levels.

İYYÜHFD is published twice a year, in July and January. The journal accepts high-quality scholarly works in the field of law and related disciplines. Submissions must be written in Turkish, German, English, or Arabic and may take the form of research articles, review articles, case analyses, book reviews, or translations. The citation format adopted by the journal is published on the Dergipark website; manuscripts that do not adhere to this format will not be considered for review. Therefore, it is essential to carefully review the Journal’s Submission Guidelines when preparing manuscripts.

Manuscript submissions for the January 2027 issue (2027/1) opened on August 1, 2026, and will close on December 1, 2026. Authors wishing to contribute to this issue must submit their work—prepared in accordance with the journal’s publication principles—via the Dergipark system within this timeframe.

Our journal is open access and, as of 2024, is published exclusively in electronic format.
